Faqs

Does your program guarantee employment after the internship?

No, we may offer you a position at our company, subject to the availability of vacancies at the end of the internship, but we do not provide any employment guarantees - this is entirely your responsibility.

What distinguishes your program from free digital marketing courses?

Firstly, it is a practical course involving internships in real advertising cabinets, and secondly, it is a mentorship program, meaning a mentor works with the individual at each stage, explaining all aspects and addressing any issues.

How many people can you train?

This is a limited program within the framework of Boda Agency's Corporate Social Responsibility; we can physically train a limited number of people, and this number depends on the time of year and the agency's workload.

Is this program really free?

Yes, we are a responsible business striving to help people acquire prestigious professions currently in demand. We do this as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility.

What guarantees do you provide for successful internship completion?

Successful completion can only be guaranteed if there is strong motivation, availability of time that an individual can dedicate to learning, and the absence of mental barriers that could interfere with concentration and information absorption. If all components are in place, then the individual is guaranteed to gain a profession and can start working independently as a Junior Campaign Manager within three months.

What is a Social Campaign Manager, and how does it differ from a Targetologist?

The term "targetologist" is a misnomer originating in the Russian-speaking internet, and it does not exist in the professional English-speaking environment. The correct job title is "Social Campaign Manager," which encompasses managing paid advertising on social media platforms, distinct from SMM (Social Media Marketing). Essentially, it refers to the same profession.
